  1. Configure the number you want to use for OmniChat
    To send messages to your customers, you will first need to activate a sender. During the Free Trial you are provided with the Shared (Test) Infobip sender. You can also use any other dedicated sender (numeric or an alphanumeric identifier) you’ve purchased. You can configure your senders and buy additional numbers in Channels and Numbers.

    Visit the Channels and Numbers section and open Numbers. There will be listed all numbers you have within your Infobip account.
    1. Click on the Phone number you want to configure. This is required ONLY for the Shared (Test) Numbers:
    2. Click on Add Keyword button.
    3. Set the following configuration:
