Only one account per instance
It is not possible to connect one Infobip account with different Jira Service Management instances. Please don't share your Infobip account.

If you don’t have an Infobip account, click here to get one.
Configure Infobip account for OmniChat
Once you have an account, please log in to your account.
You need to follow the next steps in order to successfully configure your account:
Get your API Key - to use Infobip for Jira Service Management, you will need to provide your Infobip API Key. With the username and password, you can create one or more API keys and use them as the authorization for the Jira Service Management.
Name your API Key and select the Public API role
2. Configure the number you want to use for OmniChat - define the configuration you want to use with the number.
To send messages to your customers, you will first need to activate a sender. During the free trial you are provided with the default Infobip sender. You can also use any other dedicated sender (numeric or an alphanumeric identifier) you’ve purchased.
You can configure your senders and buy additional numbers in Channels and Numbers.
Visit the Channels and Numbers section and open Numbers. There will be listed all numbers you have within your Infobip account.
Click on the Phone number you want to configure.
Click on Add Keyword button.
Set the following configuration:
Add a keyword → This field is ONLY required for the shared number
Forwarding: Forward to HTTP
Method: POST
Format: JSON
URL: https://jsdinfobip.cloud.veniture.net/api/v2/message/receive
Click on the Save button
For shared number URL should be like this: https://jsdinfobip.cloud.veniture.net/api/v2/message/receive/KEYWORD
Keyword is defined under a) and it is required ONLY for shared numbers.
Keyword
If you use the Shared (Test) number, you MUST add a keyword and use it anytime you send a broadcast message. For Dedicated (Purchased) numbers, keyword is an optional parameter.
Buy a number - once you’ve used all your free test messages and want to keep communicating over our platform, you need to upgrade to a paying account:
Click on Add Funds button and add money to the account balance.
Leave your correct address.
Choose the online payment method.
Open the Channels and Numbers section from the sidebar navigation and click on Numbers.
Buy a number. It is essential to Add a Keyword for bought phone numbers as well. It is the same process as above for the test number. Just follow the next steps:
Visit the Channels and Numbers section and open Numbers.
Click on the Phone number you want to configure.
Click on Add Keyword button.
Set the following configuration:
Add a keyword (optional)
Forwarding: Forward to HTTP
Method: POST
Format: JSON
URL: https://jsdinfobip.cloud.veniture.net/api/v2/message/receive
Click on the Save button.
