How to install OmniChat for JSM

Prerequisites

  • Jira Sevice Management Cloud instance

Once you have your Jira Service Management Cloud instance, you can install OmniChat from Jira.

FOLLOW THE NEXT STEPS:

  1. Go to Apps and click on Explore more apps.

     

  2. Search for OmniChat.

     

  3. Click on it and click on Try it free button

  4. Once when it’s installed you can continue and connect your Infobip account with Jira Service Management.
