This guide will show you how to setup OmniChat for Jira Service Management (Cloud) for the first time. To use the app, there are two important parts that need to be done:

  1. Create an Infobip account

  2. Setup the Jira Service Management.

  • Infobip account with activated SMS or WhatsApp numbers

Note

Only one account per instance

It is not possible to connect one Infobip account with different Jira Service Management instances. Please don't share your Infobip account.
