Translator for Conversations is the ultimate solution for seamless, efficient multilingual communication. By eliminating the need to switch tabs or rely on external tools, it empowers agents to effortlessly engage with customers in their preferred language, resulting in elevated customer satisfaction and loyalty.

How to Use:

  • Setting Default Language: Go to the app configuration and select your preferred default source language. This will be used as the default language for translation.

  • Accessing Translator: After the successful configuration, open some customer conversation in the Conversations and Translator for Conversations will be available in the right sidebar.

  • Pasting Last Message: Click the "Paste last message" icon to insert the last customer message into the Source textbox.

  • Translating: Click the "Translate" button to translate the message into your chosen target language.

  • Copying Translation: Once translated, click the "Copy" button to copy the translated message.

  • Auto-Detection: To enable language auto-detection, select the "Auto-detect" option. The translator will automatically identify the source language.
