This guide describes how to connect Monday Marketing Campaigns with Infobip using either WhatsApp, SMS, or Viber as a communication channel.

Before installing and configuring the Translator for Conversations, you'll need: 

Installation

  1. Navigate to App Marketplace in the Monday.com sales CRM

  2. Search for “Marketing Campaigns“ and Add the application

  3. After completing the installation, you will be redirected to the configuration page.

Configuration

Once the app is added to your Monday.com sales CRM account, you need to configure the app to connect your Infobip account with Monday.com sales CRM.

If you don't have an Infobip account, you can create one here.

  1. Navigate to your profile and select Apps .

  2. When Apps is opened, click on the three dots on Marketing Campaigns and select Settings.

  3. Enter your Infobip Base URL . You can find it on the Homepage in the upper right section.

  4. Connect your Infobip account to Monday.com sales CRM account by entering the API key.

  5. Save account settings.

  6. Add numbers and channels you want to use by clicking on the Add number button.

  7. Click on Confirm button to save all changes.
